Cheryl Wolfe, Conservator

Cheryl is a fully trained object conservator with over 20 years museum experience, with specialist interest and expertise in organic materials and mixed media objects. She has been working with the Museum’s scientific collection since 2002, and particularly enjoys the complex issues early plastics create when they start to degrade.

Cheryl studied the conservation and restoration of objects and decorative surfaces at Lincoln, and previously worked for the National Trust in Cornwall, National Museums Liverpool and Oxfordshire Museum services.
