Renaissance Globe Project: Venues and events

Four partner museums took part in the Renaissance Globe Project: the Ashmolean, the History of Science Museum, the Oxford University Museum of Natural History, and the Museum of Oxford. The museums hosted giant globes that were co-created by teams of volunteers through a programme of public events. Much time was spent planning and developing the globes behind the scenes between events.

Some of the museums also worked with local primary and secondary schools creating new material to go onto the globes.
